YCN Live Installation (2008)

In collaboration with Sinem Erkas. Lighting technology by Tinker!. For the YCN LIVE launch exhibition at The Village Underground.

We were asked by YCN to create an experimental wayfinding system for the YCN Live! launch exhibition. An archway was filled with giant balloons pulsating with blue light, each balloon had a long ribbon and a tag giving information about one of the many events YCN had arranged for their 2 week event. The audience were encouraged to travel through the balloons and read the details of the events, and were given a balloon to take home at the end of the evening.
